概要	The purpose of this research is developing to analyze method and re-production technique of musical sound effects given to a specific scene in Japanimation, especially expressing feelings and circumstances such as anxiety, restlessness, fear, tension, thought of anime characters. We planned our research method that consists on 2 elements. The first one is musicology, especially musical analysis and reproducing method. The second one is cinema audio analysis theories established by M. Chion, D.Neymeyer, D.Sonnenschein etc. An investigation the Japanimation's musical effects were conducted using transcription method in musicology.As a result of the analysis, synthesized sounds were used in 76 out of 83 scenes were used regardless of pitched or unpitched, and the sound classified as "Pitched, mono voice" was the most frequent. Based on this result, a reproduction experiment using the current DAW system was carried out as an evaluation experiment. Most of sounds were able to reproduced. It was successful most of subjects by DAW.
