概要	The iPad application, Aid for Decision-Making in Occupation Choice for Hand (ADOC-H), was developed to facilitate affected upper extremity use in daily life. The content and relevance of items and pictures included in ADOC-H was developed through a Dephi process involving expert occupational therapists and testing of a paper prototype of the application in clinical practice. After four rounds of the Delphi method, ADOC-H involves 130 items with pictures in 16 categories related to activities and instrumental activities of daily living.担当部分：全般(corresponding author)
