概要	The aim of this study was determine the cost effectiveness of the occupation-based approach using ADOC for sub acute stroke patients compared with impairment-based approach. The result showed that occupation-based approach using ADOC was associated with slightly significant improved adjusted QALY and had potential cost effectiveness. We should consider as one of the treatment preferences in occupation-based approach for sub acute stroke patients.担当部分：全般
