概要	This systematic review explored the cost-effectiveness of several occupational therapy interventions for older people. Two studies (3 and 5) found that occupational therapy for older people was clinically effective and cost-effective in comparison with standard care or other therapies. In studies 3 and 5, client centred goal setting and focusing on a meaningful occupation were revealed as clinical implications. The interventions in these studies suggested that these methods can motivate clients to maintain their own health and that they are potentially cost-effective. Except for these results, there are few studies, and the evidence is weak. Future studies on the cost-effectiveness of occupational therapy in older people are strongly warranted.担当部分：全般
