概要	The occupation-based and impairment-based occupational therapies have comparable efficacy for patients with subacute stroke. Occupation-based therapy has more potential to improve “General health” (d = 0.42) and “Role-emotional” (d = 0.43) scores on the Short Form-36 than impairment-based therapy.
