| 概要 | In recent years, there has been an increase in services provided by robots. However, many of these services struggle to offer the flexibility and personalized services that characterize human-provided services. Such limitations often lead to decreased customer satisfaction. To address this issue, we developed a user support system that operates by measuring nonverbal cues such as gaze and gestures. Based on the collected gaze data, we proposed a model to predict the user’s state. By integrating the machine learning model into our support system, we enable real-time prediction of user intentions and evaluate the prediction accuracy by comparing the predicted results with the actual outcomes. |
