概要	主筆 概要：効率的な3HBオリゴマー（3HBO）生産系を構築するために、分子シャペロンとBacillus cereus YB-4由来のポリヒドロキシアルカン酸（PHA）重合酵素の共発現を検討した。その結果、シャペロンタンパク質の共発現により、活性型PHA合成酵素量と3HBO生産量が向上した。
