| 概要 | This study describes a hands-free AR glasses system for self-directed medical procedural training. Based on Human Factors and Ergonomics, Cognitive Load Theory, and multimedia learning principles, the system provides visual and auditory guidance to reduce cognitive burden and support skill acquisition. Preliminary evaluations showed positive learner responses and improved procedural understanding, while hardware ergonomics remained a major limitation. Further research is needed to verify long-term retention and integrate AI-based real-time assessment. |
