概要 | It is argued that a randomly fabricated electric circuit functions as an information processor. Indeed, the neuronal system of C. elegans is a random network which processes various information for the survival of the worm. After properties of the connectivity of the neuronal system of the worm are reviewed to emphasize its randomness, it is confirmed that a network of resistors,which is topologically homologous to the neuronal network of C. elegans, can encode a decision table which is similar to the decision table of the native responses of the worm.
