概要	The Spatial Comprehension Test, which assesses sentence comprehension involving relationships among multiple events and is sensitive to left parietal lobe lesions, was administered to two patients with very early-stage Alzheimer’s disease. Both patients showed clear declines in performance. These findings are consistent with the clinical course of Alzheimer’s disease, which is known to begin with parietal lobe atrophy (functional decline). The results suggest that this test may be sensitive to detecting functional decline in Alzheimer’s disease.
