概要	Motor dysfunctions often precede cognitive decline, including dementia, positioning gait parameters as potential early biomarkers for sub-clinical cognitive risk. The present study aims to establish a comprehensive, multidimensional database—CoGait—by collecting cognitive and gait-related data from approximately 450 healthy adults. Participants will perform a series of standardized cognitive assessments alongside gait analysis using wearable motion capture systems. Based on the acquired data, a predictive model will be developed to estimate cognitive function from gait characteristics. This initiative seeks to advance early detection and evaluation of motoric-cognitive risk (MCR) syndrome and contribute to preventive strategies in cognitive health.
