概要	副筆 概要：酸耐性乳酸菌Lactobacillus acetotolerans HT株の増殖における培地への脂肪酸添加効果について調べた。その結果、添加した脂肪酸は増殖必須物質ではないが、HT株の誘導期を短くさせる効果があることがわかった。
