概要	The PI(4,5)P(2) appears to play an important role in endocytosis, but its specific functions have not been established. Through the analysis of endocytic protein dynamics in an PI(4,5)P2 phosphatase mutants, PI(4,5)P(2) turnover is suggested to be required for multiple stages during endocytic vesicle formation.
