| 概要 | We have reported that the fusion of human serum albumin (HSA) to human lactoferrin (hLF), referred to as hLF-HSA, exhibits enhanced anti-proliferative activities on cancer cells as compared to hLF (Ueda et al., Eur J Pharm Sci., 2020). However, its effects on cancer cell migration were unknown. Therefore, we investigated the anti-migratory effects of hLF-HSA on the migration of PC-14 cells, a human lung adenocarcinoma cancer cell line, using two widely used cell migration methods: in-vitro wound healing and Boyden chamber assays. Although hLF unexpectedly promoted cell migration, hLF-HSA exhibited full suppression of PC-14 cell migration. |
