概要 | Steamed soybean wastewater generated during miso brewing was used as a biomass feedstock for microbial synthesis of polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA). A recombinant strain of Pseudomonas sp. 61-3 synthesized up to 1.0 g/L of PHA using the wastewater as both carbon and nitrogen sources. The PHA yield was estimated to be approximately 1.0 g per liter of soybean wastewater. |
