概要	To evaluate the measurement properties of the Canadian Occupational Performance Measure.　Our search identified 35 studies with reported measurement properties; their target populations differed in age, country, diagnosis, and disease stage. For content validity, the evidence was inconsistent and low-quality; no studies assessed structural validity. For reliability, the internal consistency was of an indeterminate low quality. One study reported indeterminate very low-quality evidence for cross-cultural validity. The Canadian Occupational Performance Measure had inconsistent moderate reliability, construct validity,　and responsiveness, with insufficient high-quality evidence for criteria validity.
